Processing Methods
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Personal Data.

Legal Basis of Processing
The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:
- The User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: In some jurisdictions, the Data Controller may be allowed to process Personal Data without the User's consent or another legal basis specified below, until the User objects ("opt-out") to such processing. The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. To obtain further information on the processing location, the User can refer to the section relating to the details of Personal Data processing.
The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of transferring Data outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data.
The User can verify whether one of the described transfers takes place by examining the section of this document concerning the details of Personal Data processing or by requesting information from the Data Controller using the contact details provided at the beginning.
Retention Period
The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller will be retained until such interests are fulfilled. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the right to access, delete, rectify, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Users can exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.
In particular, the User has the right to:

How to exercise your rights
To exercise the rights described above, you must submit a verifiable request by contacting us using the contact information provided in this document.
In order for us to respond to your request, we need to be able to verify your identity. Therefore, you can only exercise the rights above by submitting a verifiable request, which must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person to whom the personal information we collected relates or an authorized representative of that person;
- Describe your request with enough detail that allows us to understand, evaluate, and respond properly to what you are asking for.
We will not respond to any request if we are unable to verify your identity and, therefore, confirm that the information in our possession actually relates to you.
If you are unable to personally submit a verifiable request, you may designate an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to do so on your behalf.
If you are an adult, you may make a verifiable request on behalf of someone under your parental authority.
You may submit a maximum of 2 requests within 12 months.
How and when we will handle your request
Within 10 days, we will confirm that we have received your request and provide information on how we will process it.
We will respond to your request within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time, we will explain why and tell you how much more time we need. Please note that we may take up to 90 days to fulfill your request.
Our communications will cover the previous 12-month period.
If we deny your request, we will explain the reason for the denial.
We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee, or deny the request. In either case, we will communicate our decisions and explain the reasons for them.
