Refund policy
Franceschetti Srl, owner of the T-Switch brand, aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Franceschetti Srl will refund the cost of Products returned by the Customer if they are unused and undamaged, accompanied by the relevant invoice/receipt. Any costs incurred by Franceschetti Srl for customs clearance of returned goods will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Purchased goods may be returned within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Delivery costs for the return of Products are the responsibility of the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for re-delivery will not be reimbursed.
Franceschetti Srl reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not meet the requirements outlined in the preceding paragraph.
Franceschetti Srl will promptly refund the Customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written order for cancellation and return of the product. Franceschetti Srl will send an email notification once the refund has been processed.
It is recommended to ship the Products to be returned using an insured courier for tracking purposes. Franceschetti Srl will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
In accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Products, subject to what is provided for in the following paragraphs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the following email address: commerciale@franceschetti.it, containing:
– the expression of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005;
– indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
– the order number issued at the time of purchase.
The communication may also be sent within the aforementioned period of 30 (thirty) working days by telegram, telex, fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the submitted order, they must send an email to commerciale@franceschetti.it within 24 hours of placing the order.
Franceschetti Srl will do its utmost to accommodate the Customer's request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to Franceschetti Srl.
