Shipping and Taxes

Franceschetti srl, owner of the T-Switch brand, ships with the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) formula to EU countries, so in these destinations, the goods will arrive directly at the indicated location without having to pay anything beyond what was paid at the time of order. For all other countries, the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) formula is used, so the courier may present a separate invoice requesting payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities.
If the shipping address is in a country that is part of the European Community, the goods are subject to VAT (21%); if the shipping address is in a country NOT part of the European Community, according to Art. 8, c. 1, lett. a) – 21 – 23, D.P.R. n. 633/1972, the goods are not subject to VAT. Any customs duties and taxes will be calculated and applied by the customs authorities.

Transport and Delivery

For the delivery of your purchases, the Customer can choose their residence or domicile, workplace, or the private address of an individual of their choice. For security reasons, deliveries will not be made to post office boxes, and the order will not be fulfilled.
For every order placed on the Site, Franceschetti srl issues a receipt or invoice for the shipped goods, sending it to the order holder, in accordance with D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of order shall be deemed valid for issuing the receipt or invoice. No changes to the invoice/receipt will be possible after its issuance.
Delivery charges are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated in the order form. They may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination of the Products.
Purchases will be delivered by UPS courier or EMS/QPE service, depending on the destination, and dispatched on the next working day after the order completion date.
Orders will be fulfilled and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Franceschetti srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the day following the Customer's transmission of the order to Franceschetti srl.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or their representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation on the Courier's delivery proof. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
If it is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Franceschetti srl will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case not later than 15 (fifteen) days, by email. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case not later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order.

Shipment Number

Franceschetti srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.
In order to ensure the security of the Product delivery, Franceschetti srl will retain the shipment number for each delivery made.
